Love the Hell out of You

Q&A

What do you enjoy most about being a musician?

Being a musician is very much just who you are. It is not a job. It is a thing that lives in you. Regardless of what you do with it. This question could just as easily be “what do you enjoy about having a heartbeat?”. It is part of us.

Which musician would you like to collaborate with?

I have a big, textured, female voice. I would love to collab with a male/female artist that is similar such as: Jelly Roll Willie/Lukas Nelson Eric Church Post Malone Robert Plant (Why not) Steven Tyler Amy Lee MILEY CYRUS* Halsey

If you were the next Opening Act, what would you do with $10,000?

I would go to the nearest bar and buy some cheap bottles of champagne and celebrate with my boys. Then I’d probably spend a bunch of it promoting the contest, footage, etc.. kind of a big deal to win and I’d FINALLY have some money to promote!

Why should single parents homeschool their children?

Single parents may choose to homeschool their children for several reasons. Here are some potential benefits of homeschooling for single parents:

  1. Flexibility: Homeschooling allows single parents to create a flexible schedule that suits their family’s needs. They can adapt the curriculum and learning hours to fit their work schedule or other responsibilities.
  2. Individualized Attention: Homeschooling enables single parents to provide one-on-one instruction and personalized attention to their children. This approach can be particularly beneficial for children who have unique learning styles or special educational needs.
  3. Stronger Parent-Child Bond: Homeschooling allows single parents to spend more time with their children and actively participate in their education. This can strengthen the parent-child bond and foster deeper relationships.
  4. Consistent Values and Beliefs: Single parents may choose homeschooling to ensure that their children receive an education in line with their values, beliefs, and culture. They have more control over the curriculum and can incorporate their family’s principles into their teaching approach.
  5. Increased Safety and Well-being: Homeschooling can provide a safe and secure learning environment, especially if the single parent has concerns about their child’s safety or well-being in traditional schools. It can also reduce exposure to negative peer influences or bullying.
  6. Tailored Learning Pace: Single parents can adjust the pace of learning to match their child’s abilities and interests. They can provide additional support or challenge their child academically as needed, promoting a more personalized and effective learning experience.
  7. Enhanced Life Skills: Homeschooling offers the opportunity for single parents to teach their children essential life skills outside of traditional academics. They can focus on practical skills, such as financial literacy, cooking, or problem-solving, which can be valuable for their child’s future.
  8. Increased Parental Involvement: Single parents who homeschool have a greater opportunity to be actively involved in their child’s education. They can closely monitor progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, and address any challenges promptly.

It’s important to note that homeschooling requires dedication, time, and effort from the parent. Single parents considering homeschooling should carefully evaluate their ability to provide an appropriate education and consider their child’s socialization needs, as homeschooling may require additional efforts to provide social interactions and extracurricular activities.

How does somebody practice becoming an pro se lawyer!

Practicing as a pro se lawyer, also known as representing yourself in legal proceedings, can be a complex and challenging task. If you decide to pursue pro se representation, here are some general steps to consider:

  1. Research and educate yourself: Start by researching the laws, rules, and procedures relevant to your case. Familiarize yourself with the legal principles and requirements that apply to your situation. Online legal resources, law libraries, self-help legal books, and reputable websites can be valuable sources of information.
  2. Understand the court system: Learn about the court system in your jurisdiction, including the structure, rules, and procedures. Different courts have specific rules that must be followed, and understanding these rules is crucial to effectively represent yourself. Consult the court’s website or visit the courthouse to obtain relevant information.
  3. Consult legal resources and forms: Many courts provide self-help resources, including forms and instructions, for common legal matters. These resources can guide you in preparing legal documents and understanding the required procedures. However, keep in mind that they may not provide specific advice for your unique situation.
  4. Prepare your case: Gather all relevant documents, evidence, and information to support your case. This includes researching applicable laws, organizing documents, and identifying witnesses or experts who can provide testimony or support your claims. Thoroughly prepare your arguments and anticipate counterarguments from the opposing party.
  5. Develop your legal strategy: Analyze your case and determine the best legal strategy to pursue. Consider your goals, potential outcomes, and the strengths and weaknesses of your case. It may be helpful to consult with legal professionals or organizations that offer free or low-cost legal advice to get guidance on your strategy.
  6. Attend relevant legal proceedings: If your case involves court hearings or trials, make sure to attend and be prepared to present your arguments, question witnesses, and respond to the opposing party. Familiarize yourself with the rules of evidence and courtroom etiquette.
  7. Consider seeking assistance: While representing yourself, you may still benefit from professional guidance. Some legal aid organizations or bar associations offer limited assistance or clinics where you can obtain advice from attorneys. They can help you understand legal concepts, review your documents, or provide guidance on specific issues.

It is essential to note that practicing law without proper training and experience can be risky. Legal matters can be complex, and even seemingly small errors can have significant consequences. If your case involves serious legal issues, substantial amounts of money, or potential incarceration, it is generally advisable to consult with a qualified attorney who can provide you with the necessary expertise and representation.
